Life-Long Community Member to Assist You

A Native of Gearhart, Melissa Eddy's love for Oregon Coast has kept her firmly anchored there. Apart from a brief period away for college, she has happily spent her entire life in Gearhart. Even for a native, Melissa's coastal roots go deep. Her father was the Chief of Police. Her brother serves as the town's Fire Chief. Prior to her real estate career, Melissa worked promoting the area for the Seaside Chamber of Commerce. Those seeking a beach home in Gearhart, Cannon Beach, or Seaside are hard-pressed to find anyone who knows the region better than Melissa. Whether one is looking to buy or sell a home. Melissa's deep, long-term relationships with friends, neighbors and fellow agents provide her unparalleled connections on the coast. Second home buyers particularly appreciate Melissa's ability to introduce them to well-respected local resources within the community.

Building a Reliable Relationship

In addition to her deep insider knowledge of the area, Melissa is known by her clients as a consummate problem solver and an excellent negotiator. Well respected by clients and colleagues alike, she insists that everything can be done with intergrity. This philosophy of doing business has allowed her to create a career built largely on referrals by highly satisfied clients. She now has the privilege of helping children of former clients find their dream beach home.

Giving Back to the Community

In her spare time, Melissa continues to weave her life into fabric of the community. She supports the Clatsop County Animal Shelter, and serves as a volunteer teacher's assistant at Gearhart Grade School, which she attended as a child. Melissa enjoys hiking, biking, and walking on the beach that she calls home. She'd love to help you call it home as well.
